Secondary clauseOpen Lens 28 provides product photography services for small brands, including studio and on-location work in İsmayıllı, subject to pre-session planning and confirmation of the session scope. Any product count, shot list, styling, and location decision must be reviewed before the work is accepted.

Client Responsibilities
HCCHThe client is responsible for providing accurate product information, a clear brief, and any reference materials needed for review. Sample setup approval, shot list approval, and proof gallery review may be required before editing and final file delivery, and curation may remove duplicates, test frames, or technically unsuitable images.
Internal Conditions Board
All photographs and related materials remain the property of Open Lens 28 unless a separate written license states otherwise. No RAW files, rejected files, or other unedited camera files are included by default, and any permitted use of the final images is limited to the agreed license and business usage notes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Lens 28 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for results arising from incomplete instructions, product defects, delays in client approval, or changes requested after production begins. Retouching does not guarantee exact recreation of reference materials or any transformation beyond the agreed photographic work.
